The SunRace CSMZ91 WT5 10-50t 12 Speed Cassette delivers the advantages of a 10 tooth top gear in a surprisingly logical way.

A small step-down is designed into the end of an otherwise standard cassette body and this allows the smaller 10t cog to fit. The cassette is constructed in the same way as the other lightweight cassettes in SunRace’s range – two lightweight alloy carriers with cogs attached.

The 10t and 12t cogs are machined out of a single piece of high tensile steel.

Because the cassette and cassette body are based on existing designs the manufacturing cost is lower.

Built with light weight alloy cog carriers, hard wearing chromoly 10-36t cassette cogs and AL7075-T6 42t and 50t cogs to keep the weight down and drivetrain stiffness up.

The inclusion of a 10t cog gives you a taller top gear for flat terrain and down hills while leaving the climbing gear ratios unaltered.

Compatible with the Rapidé SunRace cassette body which is available to fit all Rapidé 2018 and later MTB/Gravel rear hub. Also compatible with SunRace HBMX9/HBMX8 hubs.
