Returns Policy
Rapidé® will exchange or refund items sent in error or faulty. We will also exchange or refund items that are damaged upon receipt, provided an insured delivery option was used. Rapidé®, will not be held responsible for items that are damaged in transit or not insured before being returned to us. Please note that goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. The cost of shipping will be for your account. Rapidé® will give you a full refund once the goods have been received back in good order.
Manufacturer sizing & specifications are not universal, so please research your sizing thoroughly before placing your order.
In terms of Section 44 you may cancel the transaction within 7 days of receipt of the goods. You need to inform us in writing of your intention to cancel the transaction before expiry of the 7 day period.
Exchange/Refund
Should you find the ordered item not to your liking through no fault of Rapidé®, you are welcome to return it to us for a refund or an exchange.

Please note that goods must be returned within 7 working days of receipt, they must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. If Rapidé® has mistakenly sent out an incorrect order, we will exchange these items for you. Rapidé® will make the necessary arrangements to pick up the item(s) from the original delivery address and return them at Rapidé’s® cost. Please note that goods must be returned within 7 working days of receipt, they must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. The cost of shipping will be for Rapidé’s® account.
