* Mountain biking rattles bolts loose – use a quality thread lock compound to prevent this. Pay particular attention to things like chain ring bolts – a lost chainring bolt can lead to chainring failure.

* We recommend torquing chainring bolts to 6-8nm and periodic inspection.
